When you make decisions top down, you might not have all the facts. It's natural to make quick judgements: If it looks like a duck & quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. It saves us mental energy. If you gave full attention to every single thing in life you'd be exhausted. But making decisions without enough information can be dangerous. You think it's safe to go in the water, but there is a crocodile that you think is a log. That's one reason why humans evolved to live in groups. You might think it's a log from your perspective, but your friend sees a different angle & tells you you're about to get eaten. If you listen & try to understand their perspective, together you see the bigger picture. If you don't, you might well get eaten. Ironically bigger decision often happen in party, romantic dinner in private resort, because they thoughts they already see the real you. Again, the best policy is honesty. And Business Partners is Like Marriage. They are the one who will accompany you till the end. If you want to Sustain in Business, Make sure you choose your Partners comprehesively and wisely. Never Take it For Granted. Period
