Assume a wood framed stud wall with fiber batt insulation, an interior poly (impermeable) vapour barrier, OSB or plywood with an air tight vapour permeable WRB. The wall would be perfectly air tight and the building materials dry at the time of construction. In other words, the wall would be flawless.
