Burges Salmon has advised real estate and leisure investment firm London and Regional Properties (L+R) on its acquisition of Holiday Inn Express Folkestone for its Atlas Hotels brand.

A pair of hotels in Orange County, Calif., have traded hands for nine figures: Dynamic City Capital, a Utah-based investment firm, paid a combined $207.3 million for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott in Anaheim from hotel developer and operator T2 Hospitality. September: Madrid-based Dorsa Holding Group and boutique hotel and hostels operator Room00 Group acquired 100% of the shares of TOC Hostels from owners Ignacio Catalán and Salvador Torrens for approximately €20 million.
