There are so many considerations that need to be clarified and those need my clients input. This isn’t my new home or renovation project, this is yours. So we need to get clear on what you want to do, how much you have to spend, who else we need and all the steps needed for your project. Once we get all of these things clear and working together, then we have more certainty of what the plan is.
