Here's your chance 👏🔔 We're hiring new ACCOUNT MANAGERS for each of our branches 📌 Cairo: El Sheraton 📌 Sohag Responsibilities: ■Represent the company and introduce our (profile - policy – packages). ■Clarify the terms of our contract and closing deals with the clients. ■Receiving and delivering clients data and briefs in the most proper ways ■Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts. ■Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges to effectively position our products or services as solutions. ■Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any issues or concerns. ■Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations manager, marketing manager, content creator team and media team leader, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services. ■Implementing temporary projects such as (Events – Printings – Photography) Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management. ■Negotiate and renew contracts or agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. ■Act as an advocate for clients within the company, representing their interests and providing feedback to improve products or services.
