today marks 4 years since archtype made the jump from clothing to creative. even though we've been doing campaigns since we launched almost 8 years ago, owning that publicly still felt like a huge leap at the time. but to now see the impact we're able to deliver year on year, it's definitely been worth it. and when i say impact, what do i mean? delivering ✨cool ✨ strategic and creative work that speaks to the lives people actually live, understands culture and connects real community needs with campaign creativity. and it's been interesting; from unpacking how gen z experience rap, to exploring West Africa's influence on UK culture, to shaking up La Croissette to tackle greenwashing with Creatives for Climate ✅ one of our most important campaigns to-date, in collaboration with para-cycling team Gaza Sunbirds, has especially shown us the importance of centring meaningful impact in our work. when their international co-founder Karim A. told us the Sunbirds had entirely paused their Paralympic training to deliver life-saving aid to their communities during this ongoing military action, our decision to support their efforts had already been made. the Athletes for Palestine campaign unites the world through sports, calling athletes, sports professionals, media, leagues, clubs, teams and fans to join the call for freedom, justice and equality today! you can read all about its impact over the past couple of months in the slides ⬇ thanks to the best co-founders ever, our brilliant team that functions as a real community, the wonderful friends of archtype, collaborators and clients who all help us deliver on our mandate to create transformative campaigns. here's to more for '24
