The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and grain market participants have agreed on the maximum export volumes of grain for the 2024/25 marketing year. The parties signed an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding for the 2024/25 marketing year, the ministry's press service reported on September 3. The maximum export volume of wheat and a mixture of wheat and rye (meslin) under the UKT ZED (HS) code 1001 for the 2024/2025 marketing year has been agreed at 16.2 million tons. The rate of greenhouse vegetable production in Russia is growing The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation notes that the rate of production of vegetables of protected soil exceeded last year’s. By mid-July, 908.9 thousand tons of greenhouse products had been collected in the country. The increase to the level of 2023 was 3.6%. At the same time, Russians have grown 528.7 thousand tons of cucumber and 358 thousand tons of tomato.
