I've been making the odd mention of my book coming out next Spring, published by Wiley, a leading international publisher of Business Books. This is the cover they're working on, and the final version will be with me in the next week or thereabouts so its getting there - as is my final submission date eeeek!!! To prepare for its release, I have had to create a whole raft of supporting materials as it's really a guidebook for executing a hashtag #gotomarket strategy called The ARISE Go-To-Market Methodology® I created in 2019. The book is for founders, marketers, sales reps, customer success and product professionals and focuses heavily on alignment and how to achieve it to drive your flywheel forward. To be honest, I feel like 15 years of #GTM experience in its varying forms is culminating here and the next 3 or 4 months will fly by while I work on building the strategy out as a product for release in January. I'm super grateful to Wiley for picking this up, as they know their audience and believe in me and the book, and I am lapping that compliment up right now. What books are on your spring break reading list? First for me, I am excited to dive deeper into Ecosystem-Led Growth by Bob Moore. Thanks to Crossbeam for sending this great read to me. In short, it is about leveraging partnerships to be a catalyst to market and account growth. I am learning how important it is to make the ecosystem of a product just as important as itself. Second on my list is The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin. Rick begins & ends each chapter in an beautiful and simple way. In all shapes and sizes, the creative process is showcased to be accessible to everyone in everyday life in an abstract, yet understandable way. I would highly recommend to take a gander at these books. These are both good to jumpstart your growth both as a creative and professional in Marketing. Have you ever wanted to do something for 9 years, but never got around to it? I have. But today I’m finally doing it. I found a journal from 2015 that outlined a potential group marketing program. The content was based on the things clients asked about day-in and day-out. The things I worked on with nearly every client in my agency. The really good stuff.
