Could your company survive without a single manager? This company proves it. I've gained a reputation for pioneering new approaches at work. For quite some time, I've adhered to the leadership principle that my organization can thrive without my direct involvement. In best case I am not required for anything. In essence, I'm a strong advocate for self-managing companies. I'm immensely impressed by the metrics and achievements of INDAERO and Corporate Rebels. Consider the numbers – EBITDA, profit, and more – they're all on the rise! While you could argue that external factors have contributed to their success, ultimately, it comes down to the people driving the organization. And it wasn't a single CEO; it was the collective effort of the team that achieved these results. Very well done. After multiple trips on German autobahns, I've come to a fascinating realization. Initially, I was fixated on the famous "no speed limits" and expected pristine road surfaces – and was actually disappointed. But experience taught me something deeper: their true value isn't in the surface quality or speed freedom, but in their remarkable interconnectivity. The genius of autobahns is that you're never more than 30 minutes from accessing a network that efficiently connects every destination in Germany. This mirrors what I believe about optimal business systems – it's not about having perfect individual components, but about creating seamless interconnections that let information flow naturally, without complicated switches or bottlenecks. #SystemDesign #BusinessEfficiency #Innovation #ProductDevelopment #Leadership
