Let's look at a couple of real-world mission statements in action... 🏃♂️ 1️⃣ First up... The Nature Conservancy: "To conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends." Why does it work? This one-liner is concise and powerful. It clearly states the organization's goal to protect the environment 🌍 and emphasizes the importance of nature for all living things. 🌿 🦒 🦆 👶 2️⃣ Our next example worthy of imitation comes from... Save the Children: "Our mission is to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to create lasting change in their lives." Why does it work? Focused on its main beneficiaries, children 🧒 , this inspiring mission statement emphasizes lasting change, positivity and the need for action. 🆘 Remember, your mission statement is your organization's introduction 🤝 to new donors and funding organizations.
