In our subject area, industrial reality is our ”lab” in both research and teaching. During the last two days we --Susanne Ollila and Árni Halldórsson -- had the chance to present our Action Lab at Vinnova’s “Nätverks- och policykonferens AIL och utbildningsamverkan”. The Action Lab connects the dots – generations of learners (researchers, students, professionals) in situated and experimental learning. We “lab” for managerial and organisational experimentation before scaling-up. We already use Action Lab in one of our courses in Service Management, together with our Carolin Behrens and a fantastic support and engagement from external partners, both private and public organisations. A big thanks to Vinnova for funding the project and Anna-Carin Ramsten and colleagues for giving us the opportunity to present this to peers and other stakeholders. Great to connect and re-connect some dots – to learn from others and meet old and new colleagues.
