MaxLite Plug and Play controls on a project is a recipe for success! For example contractors don't need to figure out where to install fixtures with controllers vs fixtures with sensor controllers (even better install all sensor controllers for the ultimate in flexibility of design and energy savings). If a control device goes bad, you won't have to open the fixture and re-wire. Speaking of wiring, I can't count the number of times a control device was mis-wired from the driver to the control and the ensuing "finger pointing and trouleshooting) - this virtually eliminates that issue.
