Blinkit is now delivering #Sports #equipments as well. Here is a quick thought. With the expansion in inventories that quick e-commerce platforms like Blinkit and Swiggy hold, where you can get your products delivered within minutes, a major shift in user behavior is occurring. When we look at delivery times, where Flipkart and Amazon take days to deliver certain products, these quick commerce platforms can deliver in just a few minutes. So, is the need for e-commerce giants like Flipkart and Amazon diminishing with the expansion of these quick commerce platforms?

Blinkit: No Longer Just Grocery Delivery Now no more travel to sports shop for the new ball or new shuttle? Interesting 💡 The launch of a sports vertical is yet another step that Blinkit has taken towards the e-commerce space, as the company looks to increase the average order value and gross volumes. Notably,  India’s quick commerce market grew 77% YoY and the e-commerce market has been, on average, growing at 13-14%. (read somewhere, might differ!) Just a random thought, though some everyday medicines are available on Blinkit, just have a thought about every major medicine available on the platform, to make an impact on the healthcare industry.
