Do you love Me? Alice asked. No, I don't love you! replied the White Rabbit. Alice frowned and clasped her hands together as she did whenever she felt hurt. See? replied the White Rabbit. Now you're going to start asking yourself what makes you so imperfect and what did you do wrong so that I can't love you at least a little. You know, that's why I can't love you. You will not always be loved Alice, there will be days when others will be tired and bored with life, will have their heads in the clouds, and will hurt you. Because people are like that, they somehow always end up hurting each other's feelings, whether through carelessness, misunderstanding, or conflicts with themselves. If you don't love yourself, at least a little, if you don't create an armor of self-love and happiness around your heart, the feeble annoyances caused by others will become lethal and will destroy you. The first time I saw you I made a pact with myself: "I will avoid loving you until you learn to love yourself." Most people seek romantic love but overlook the huge importance of #selflove. We absolutely must have a good relationship with ourselves before we can even hope of having healthy relationships with others whatever the capacity. It is crucial to accept ourselves fully, embrace our flaws, note our weaknesses and celebrate our strengths. Please don't make the msitake of looking for others for validation. Once you find it within you will never 'need' anyone else to make u feel good. Sure, relationships, of all kinds, are a great blessings and a wonderful component of life. However, coming to rely on others to make ourselves feel worthy is a big mistake, It puts the power to feel good in the hands of another; not wise! Learn to accept, like and love yourself first. With that as your foundation, all other relationships will serve as reinforcements in an already sound state of mind plus will, hopefully, bring lots of joy to your world. #lifegoals #selfcare #relationships

What you focus on you find. Focus on good you find good, focus on bad you find bad. There are so many things that feel so out of control lately- lots of it is external. We have agency over our inner environment. We have the power within us and we can make a choice as to have we want to feel and how we want to respond. We have a choice of what we choose to focus on. I’m choosing to focus on good and I’m choosing acceptance, love, compassion and kindness. What will you choose? #MindsetMatters #InnerPeace #focusandattention

💜 You are Worthy of Love - A Gentle Reminder 💜 How often do we extend our empathy, kindness, and love to others without a second thought, yet struggle to offer the same compassion to ourselves? I love this cartoon because it beautifully illustrates a truth we often overlook: We are already worthy of love. The moment we recognize our inherent worth, nothing outwardly changes, but everything within us begins to shift. 👉 Take a moment today to remind yourself: You deserve the same love and care you so freely give to others. Start by acknowledging your worth—no grand gestures required. Sometimes, the most powerful transformation begins with a small, quiet realization: You are enough, just as you are. #SelfLove #Empathy #MentalHealth #SelfWorth #PersonalGrowth #EmpathyCoach

Have you ever noticed how the beautiful principles of love outlined in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 can sometimes be twisted into something unrecognizable? This powerful passage tells us that love is patient, kind, and never self-seeking. Yet, in certain relationships, we might find ourselves feeling constantly judged or controlled instead of uplifted. It can be easy to overlook the signs when we’re immersed in a situation where love feels conditional or rooted in fear. Reflecting on these teachings, it’s crucial to recognize when love instead becomes a tool for manipulation. Patterns such as feeling emotionally drained, constantly apologizing for your feelings, or walking on eggshells around someone you care about can be subtle indicators of distorted love. It's vital to check in with ourselves and acknowledge our feelings. Understanding these signs is the first step toward healing and reassessing our relationships. If you find yourself resonating with these experiences, know that you're not alone, and seeking support can be a courageous and empowering move. Let’s engage in this important conversation—what signs have you recognized in your relationships that prompted you to reevaluate them? Share this with someone who needs to hear it. #LoveGod #Loveothers #fightfortheirfreedom
