It is grounded in mindfulness, a practice to support our mental health. The Asana postures are foundational to strengthening our physical health. The practice substantiates the fundamental pillars of wellbeing which help us to become healthier, productive and happier at work. Yoga invites us to focus inward, engaging our authentic self and promotes confidence.
