Today I was guest at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Berlin to talk about collaborations to take dual education systems to a next level. 👉 on the one side it is important to align application processes for students to prepare them for the training on the job to have a smooth time together with great talents on both ends. 👉 as a company - especially in a creative and technical environment dealing with innovation on a daily basis - one as to find the right balance between expectations on the job and the social value ecosystem of young talents. 🌐 As Managing Director of NIYU EVENT PRODUCTION, I believe in creativity, fresh ideas and user centric perspectives and want to promote young talents within our industry in order to foster sustainable growth.
