May is Mental Health Awareness Month, during which time, we work to destigmatize and increase awareness around not only the reality of mental health struggles, but also the. programs and services available to those in need. Mental health struggles are not uncommon and you do not have to go through it alone. There are many resources, from counselling to support groups, to programs like Re-Mind that offer support for those in need. We encourage you to check out the BCCSA video, The Lone Hunter, for more information about the Re-Mind program, and as a way to normalize and destigmatize mental health challenges. And check in on your friends, family and coworkers—it's not always easy to see when someone is struggling, so have the conversation. https://lnkd.in/gtFhJgzz #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth
