I'm not sure who is more excited about 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜: my younger brother who thinks he'll never have to write an essay again, or leaders who found the next way to '10x' productivity. It's easy to understand the hype. Reports have recently come out from the likes of Microsoft and Google sharing the ways 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝘁𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. There are a few methods of solving this: 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 being the most common. Doing a mix of these correctly can give you useful insight and actionable data allowing you to optimally rollout and realize the full impact of these tools. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆.
