A+ in SSC A in HSC 3.5 CGPA in Graduation 3.5 years of experience in a multinational organization But suddenly everything seemed to lose its significance. Why? Because I became a mom! Suddenly, there were doubts about my ability to balance personal and professional life just because I am a mother. Assumptions were made that I would arrive late, leave early, and request frequent leaves simply because I am a mother. There was an expectation that I would need more time to rest because I am a mother. Yes, it's true! But what matters most is that I have an organization that recognizes and values my role as a mother. Yes, I may arrive late, leave early, or request leaves, but my organization ensures that it doesn't affect my salary or my priorities. It's not about being a mother; it's about the organization understanding and accommodating the needs of working mothers.
