There are over 50000 plus colleges and 1000 plus universities in India. Collectively they churn out over 1 million graduates each year but at the same time over 5 million remain unemployed at any given time. Give it some thought! How do you bridge this gap? In my opinion unemployability is a bigger challenge than unemployment. And how do you solve this? I say identify the gaps, devise a plan and bridge the gap (the gap between the academia and the industries). 🤝 Last night's game was a tough one for us Mavs fans, with the Celtics securing a hard-fought victory. It's never easy to see your team lose, but it reminded me of an important lesson we face every day as recruiters: the power of perseverance. In our line of work, setbacks are inevitable. A top candidate might choose a different offer, a promising interview may not go as planned, or a client's needs might change at the last minute. I am disappointed with life and suicide thoughts are drilling my mind. I can't get a job! Looking the "over 100 applicants" label fraught me. Employers ghost you. What is the purpose of went to the university, getting a certification if nobody employees you?
