Qui croyant��? Don't say a Word I. An e-mail at work that made you very upset and angry was good. Don't reply. Wait for 24 hours, cool down and then reply. This also goes with verbal interactions with people. You're angry with someone, the worst thing you can do is reply also on social media. Fighting and debating and all that. The worst thing you can do is is you reply when you are angry someone is insulting you. Be quiet, take it easy, cool down palazzo order. If the ignorant people will talk to you or will attack you or whatever, what do you say Salama? Salama, just ignore and move on with your life.
