Excited to share a significant milestone in my career journey! From starting as a Wireless Specialist to now stepping into the role of Territory Sales Lead, it’s been an incredible learning experience. Reflecting on this transition, I’ve realized a few key elements that have contributed to my success and might be useful for others aiming to replicate similar achievements: 1. Product Knowledge is Power: Investing time in learning everything about our products has been instrumental. Understanding their features, benefits, and how they solve customers’ needs has not only boosted my confidence but also helped me become a trusted advisor to our clients. 2. Building Lasting Customer Relationships: Beyond just selling products, fostering genuine connections with customers has been a game-changer. Listening attentively to their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service have been pivotal in nurturing long-term relationships. 3. Sharing Success and Knowledge: Success is sweeter when shared! I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Whether it’s sharing insights with colleagues, offering mentorship, or contributing to team success, being a team player has been noticed and appreciated by management. In essence, continuous learning, customer-centricity, and collaboration have been the pillars of my career progression. I’m grateful for the opportunities and support from my team and management. What strategies have you found effective in your career journey? Let’s inspire and empower each other to reach new heights! #CareerSuccess #ProfessionalGrowth #Teamwork

Best Career Advice I’ve Received Throughout my journey as an Area Sales Manager at Neon Laboratories Ltd., I've learned that growth is as much about mindset as it is about skillset. The best advice I’ve ever received, and what continues to shape my career, is this: 🔑 Consistency > Intensity: Big wins are great, but it's the consistent effort over time that builds real success. Day in, day out, showing up with the right attitude and effort is what moves the needle. 🔑 Embrace Lifelong Learning: The world is always evolving, and so should we. Be curious, stay humble, and never stop upgrading your knowledge. In sales, learning new strategies and understanding market shifts is key to staying relevant. 🔑 Build Strong Relationships: People make all the difference. Whether it’s colleagues, clients, or mentors, invest in genuine relationships. A strong network is invaluable in any industry. 🔑 Adaptability is Power: Challenges will come. How we adapt and find solutions in the face of change defines our success. Flexibility in thought and action has helped me navigate uncertain times and seize new opportunities. I’m grateful for these lessons, and I look forward to continuing this journey of growth and learning. Are you interested in changing your career path? Would you like to try another sector in the same organization you’re working for? Or, are you just starting a new job in another company? Today I was remembering when I moved from the manufacturing field to the financial market. Here are some of my biggest challenges and how I dealt with them: BIGGEST CHALLENGES: 1. I switched from ON SITE to a REMOTE job. 2. I left the INDUSTRIAL area to go to the CUSTOMER SERVICE sector. 3. The previous company was MANUFACTURE and now I was in FINANCIAL MARKET. WHAT I DID TO OVERCOME IT: 1. I brought my INDUSTRIAL BACKGROUND (results oriented) to achieve the targets of this new position. 2. I used my LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE to develop people with different abilities that I was familiar with. 3. I took advantage of my “LEAN MANUFACTURING” skill to speed my learning process. IN SUMMARY: a) It’s always time to make movements in your career. All we’ve been learning in years of experience is used in your new position somehow. b) When it comes to innovation, your background can help you in the new challenge, because you won’t have a bias. c) In order to make you feel more confident in your first days in the new job, you should relate some new activity with your previous ones. Take feedback with your coworkers and choose what is closest to your knowledge. d) And always remember that: You’ve been chosen because you have skills the new challenge needs, so after identifying what this is, go for it!

Is visibility the key to reaching your career Olympus? Of course, visibility without substance - like strong skills, consistent results, and genuine relationships - will not be enough to sustain long-term success. However, we live in an era where raw talent alone isn't always enough. To truly succeed, it's important to speak boldly and confidently about your achievements, sharing your knowledge and expertise with others – not to brag, but to ensure you're recognized, both within your company and in the wider job market. It's about proudly showcasing your value and effectively "selling" yourself. I am proud that at SEB, specifically the Data & Reporting Services area, we talk about visibility, encourage our people to step out of their comfort zones and help them showcase their potential. Maybe you will ask me: Do we have to force people to be visible? Definitely not. But can we help and encourage them? Absolutely! 💬 BE BRAVE! This was the main takeaway from yesterday’s Be visible. Be known. Roundtable discussion. These sessions are open for all our Data & Reporting Services employees to join and are being led by high-level management representatives (kudos to Gavin Whyte and Inese Puiše-Skakauska for taking lead this time 💚). The main idea of this initiative is to create a cozy, safe space for everyone to speak out, share their concerns or fears about being more visible, and receive insightful feedback on how to excel in this area. Some insights from yesterday’s discussion. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Stepping out of your comfort zone and saying YES to new challenges can, of course, be difficult, but it’s also essential and very helpful if you want to be recognized. This journey can feel challenging, but here’s the good news: you’re not alone. There are others just like you – facing the same challenges, ready to support each other. And there are those willing to offer a helping hand and walk with you on this path. That support makes all the difference. So take a deep breath, trust yourself, and take a small step forward. Most importantly, do not be afraid of making mistakes because we all do those.🤗 Therefore, is visibility alone the key to reaching your career Olympus? Probably not. However, combining visibility with expertise and competence can accelerate your journey. 🙌 #visibility

"Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge." — Simon Sinek This quote emphasizes the role of leadership as a supportive and nurturing force, aiming to uplift and enable others within the organization to reach their full potential. 🎈Your JOB is temporary. Your position is temporary. Here is the thing. You will be remembered not by how many hours you worked, nor by your positions, nor by your titles. You will be remembered by the chances you gave to others, by every time you stood up for them, by the difference you made in their lives. Jobs are like buses. There is another one coming. But what you do for others is forever. Someone gave you a chance, that's why you are where you are. So please give someone a chance, today ! #technology #management #sales
