📢 We’re excited to announce that Altitude Angel’s Approval Services API is now available. With this API third party software solutions and drone manufacturers can enable their users to submit drone flight plans and receive airspace and land access approvals from the growing number of Altitude Angel connected facilities (also known as UTM Ready). The API handles permissions from multiple parties, including private land and airspace managers, including those with manual or automatic decision-making processes. It supports complex workflows like crossing multiple FRZs or combining land and airspace approvals, all in one streamlined interface. We present a video of the initial tests of the drone built 100% with Ifodrone technology! In the footage, you will see the drone's takeoff, landing, and dynamic up-and-down movement. For the tests, we created a special frame that allowed us to assess the power, capabilities, and efficiency of the turbine drives. The Ifodrone features two turbines that rotate in opposite directions. An innovation in our technology is the use of turbine blades set at a specific angle—this solution has not been encountered anywhere else to date. The angled blade setup has proven to be a significant achievement in turbine efficiency. Tests have shown that this configuration increases the overall system's efficiency by about 30% compared to tests with horizontal blades. We believe this could be a breakthrough in drone technology currently used worldwide.
