#TeamCulture #WorkLifeBalance #EmployeeWellbeing Does anyone else feel like "team culture" is often just code for working harder for less? 🥴 When companies say, "We’re like a family here," what they really mean is, "We’d like you to sacrifice your personal time, set your boundaries aside, and compromise your mental health—all without any extra pay or even a thank-you." 🙄 This kind of mentality can lead to some serious pain points for employees: Burnout: Constantly pushing yourself to be "part of the team" can leave you feeling exhausted and unappreciated. Lack of boundaries: The expectation to always be available can make it hard to disconnect from work. Low morale: When teamwork feels like a mask for exploitation, it can seriously affect workplace culture and relationships. So how do we tackle this issue?
