Great article on EQ and how managing relationships and conflicts in the workplace is so important. I started training staff on managing relationships, conflict, and emotions at work over 10 years ago and it was transformative to our operations. #training #work

EQ has a really important roll in a work space. Someone that can’t control their emotions can destroy people and companies. I worked in partnership with a children’s home and it was just sad how one of the leaders manipulate and mistreat people. And Her manipulation level didn’t stay in the staff, I went in to the children to the pony that she has preferences with kids with “good” beheivior and she mistreat children with “bad” beheivior. That is why as a companies, institutions and others, we have to be really careful about who we put incharge. A person can ne really telentet in what they do opperationally, but worth out a good level of EQ that person can DESTROY the place.
