Celebrating Female Founders throughout the month of May, by showcasing women-owned businesses and their contributions to the local and regional community. Today, Co-Founder of the Women Chamber of Commerce, Guyana, Lyndell Danzie-Black, and I, had a productive discussion on ways you can strengthen women-led enterprises. We discussed how men can be involved in project activities that will encourage, support and create an enabling environment for women empowerment, training programs for young women aged13-18 years, and for victims of Domestic Violence. Mrs. Black also gave us an insight into future partnership projects with the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (WeFi) and the Inter-American Development Bank.
