Great comparison examples! The AI video race is heating up, and Google’s Veo 2 has raised the bar. Veo 2 - Features - Resolution: Up to 4K (currently 720p) - Physics Realism: Smooth motion & lighting - Video Sharpness: Sharper, clearer with fewer errors - Prompt Complexity: Handles POV, drone, & wide shots - Creative Accuracy: Better execution on creative shots Excited to see where the AI video race take us next! What do you think? Are we ready for AI-generated 4K videos? Let’s discuss! #AI #Veo2 #Sora #GenerativeAI #Innovation

Impressive and very tangible comparison on model Performance. Seems OpenAI' Sora is falling behind and Google's VEO2 showing really strong results. That's actually one of the reasons why we developed at Mabanaft an inhouse Chatbot where we can easily exchange models based on their evolution. The market is moving so fast ( new GenAI models, -tools and the quality of models ) Change is normal (and exciting) and probably one of the reasons why I love what I do at work.

“Hello World” may seem simple, but it symbolizes a programmer's first command over a machine, unlocking endless possibilities. Now, fruit flies echo this milestone by writing 'Hello World' with their walking paths. Using optogenetics or visual cues, we guide flies precisely in 2D space. They navigate mazes, write text, work together, carry loads, and even move balls! We're excited to see how flies might contribute to the world of micro-robotics. https://lnkd.in/ew-x-kSa

Exploring the Hypercube: A Peek into the Fourth Dimension Before diving into Charles Howard Hinton’s life, let’s talk about the hypercube or tesseract. It’s like a cube but in four dimensions. Imagine a cube with extra-dimensional superpowers we can barely grasp! We’re used to living in three dimensions—length, width, and height—but just as a cube is made of squares, a tesseract is made of cubes. The difference? It lives in a dimension beyond what we can see. Picture a 2D character trying to understand a 3D object—they’d only catch pieces of it. That’s us with the tesseract: we only see its “shadow” in our 3D world. Ever seen images of tesseracts? Are those cubes twisting and turning? It’s like the universe giving us a sneak peek at something beyond reach. No wonder this concept has sparked imagination for centuries—it’s mind-boggling! Charles Howard Hinton: The Man Who Saw in Four Dimensions Now, about Charles Hinton. This guy was ahead of his time. In the 1800s, he wasn’t afraid to push boundaries with ideas that blew people’s minds. He wasn’t just a mathematician—he was mixing philosophy and imagination, making you rethink everything. Growing up in a family that loved big ideas, Hinton tackled the fourth dimension. His 1888 work, A New Era of Thought, proposed that we could train our minds to imagine this extra dimension. He even invented a system using coloured cubes to help people think outside the box—literally! The Fourth Dimension and the Tesseract By 1904, Hinton had doubled down on the concept in The Fourth Dimension. He tried to help people understand what “existence” might look like in higher dimensions. Just like a 2D being would only see slices of a 3D object, we can only see fragments of 4D objects. Hinton thought these higher dimensions might unlock some of the universe’s biggest mysteries. It makes you wonder what else is out there that we can’t see yet. Hinton’s Legacy Back then, many thought Hinton’s ideas were too out there. Now? His tesseract has appeared everywhere—from A Wrinkle in Time to Marvel (yep, that glowing cube). It’s become a symbol of power and mystery. His work on dimensions even laid the groundwork for Einstein’s theory of relativity, where time becomes the fourth dimension, wrapped with space. Hinton was dreaming about this before it hit mainstream science. Want to Learn More? If you’re as curious as I am about Hinton, check out these works: • A New Era of Thought (1888) • The Fourth Dimension (1904) Charles Hinton’s work continues to inspire people today, from mathematicians to sci-fi writers. His ideas remind us that sometimes, we must push the limits of what we think is possible. The journey is just as exciting as the destination. Hinton was one of those rare people who wasn’t afraid to explore the unknown. That’s a nudge for all of us—embrace the wild ideas because that’s where the magic happens.

Runway Gen 3 Alpha is now available in the browser for Standard, Pro, Unlimited, and Enterprise plans. This advanced tool allows users to create highly detailed videos with complex scenes and cinematic choices, enhancing video fidelity, consistency, and motion. Here's how to use it: 1. Open Runway: Navigate to the Runway homepage. 2. Select Text/Image to Video: Access this feature from the homepage or side navigation. 3. Choose Gen-3 Alpha: Select "Gen-3 Alpha" from the dropdown in the upper left-hand corner. 4. Enter Your Prompt: Type your text prompt and click "Generate". We used this prompt: Prompt: A glowing ocean at night time with bioluminescent creatures under water. The camera starts with a macro close-up of a glowing jellyfish and then expands to reveal the entire ocean lit up with various glowing colors under a starry sky. Camera Movement: Begin with a macro shot of the jellyfish, then gently pull back and up to showcase the glowing ocean. 1 KEYFRAME to create 9 VIDEO CLIPS It all started this morning with the prompt "random image" and testing a combination of 2 newly found SREF STYLES. I was curious to see how Runway would generate different clip ideas into videos based of this sci-fi image. This video shows 9 VIDEO CLIPS generated in Runway Gen-3 Alpha. Some learnings from this AI VIDEO SESSION: - Runway can have problems with fingers ( most shots only 3 or 4 fingers ) - Runway tends to change the KEYFRAME image colors a bit - Runway impresses me in showing a correct "other side" when orbiting around objects / scenes - Runway's Unlimited plan may be the only "way" to explore video generation and generate as many clips you want to choose from the best results - ElevenLabs Webtool ( musictosoundeffects-com ) produces quite useable soundeffects for your scenes Both SREF STYLES used in this KEYFRAME image will be added to my next collection update ( sref.style ). #aivideos #sref #srefstyles #runway #gen3alpha #keyframetovideo #larssx

Here Vizcom AI understood the sketch's geometry pretty well. What is it exactly? I'm not sure. Maybe a #space_explorer, construction vehicle, or just something from the future! In such scenarios, I avoid specific descriptions in the #prompt. Let it be open for interpretation. Reminds me of a famous motto: Less (#prompt) is more!
