This morning, EPR’s Will Cockrell, AICP, and Alan Simpson, AICP, are in Richmond to kick off the 116th Edition of the Certified Planning Commissioner Program through Virginia Commonwealth University's Land Use Education Program (LUEP)! Since last year, Will (Director) and Alan (Research Manager) have worked closely with LUEP staff to deliver impactful tools and training through the Certified Planning Commissioner Program and the Board of Zoning Appeals Program. These courses, powered by VCU’s Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, are shaping the future of land use planning in Virginia.
