2wI won this award in 2015. It has been a profound achievement for my career. It gave me great energy to continue to advocate for TVET. It helped shaped my interst to focus my Ph.D and post PhD work on the trades. And helped me to further champion the cause of the trades. It is worthwhile to apply for this award.
