INDIA 🇮🇳 - THE WORLD’S INTELLIGENCE MARKET ** Morning! Earlier today, I happened to watch the fireside 🔥 chat between Nvidia’s Jensen Huang and Mukesh Ambani. In what’s a highly recommended 27 minute dialogue that you can find on social media, here are some points: ✅ Welcoming Mr Jensen to NMACC, the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, that I wrote about in August, Mr Ambani made sure to give his wife the credit. The centre in Mumbai is SO worth a visit! ✅ He then linked the name NVIDIA, to the Hindi word Vidya, explaining that Vidya means Saraswati, the Godess of knowledge. He also explained that when you devote yourself to the Godess to knowledge, the Godess of prosperity follows, i.e. Laxmi. This he said is one of the founding values - a link to our first principles - bringing knowledge revolution. ✅ Explaing what puts India 🇮🇳 in great position not just to be an IT centre, but a centre for AI, intelligence and global competence across industries, he named the three key factors as DEMOGRAPHY, LEADERSHIP AND TALENT. Our 1.4 billion people have an average age of 35, and this isn’t about technology alone, but the opportunity for an ambitious raw gene pool to bring equality and prosperity to the nation. after watching Kyra's pitch last night at shark tank India, I am getting a sense about why next Nvidia won't come out of native India. The way investors (shark) were discussing and given reasons to get out, the invention led investment for pre revenue is a big no at least on ST platform. If the domain is sexy like EV, such questions won't come but for Web3, AR, AI and few other pitches I watched so far, all non sense reasons came out for NOT to invest.
