𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗭-𝟭𝟱𝟳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 One of our customers from the chemical industry faced the challenge of measuring temperature in an installation where aggressive substances such as acids and bases, as well as high humidity and water vapor are present 🌡️. Standard sensors were subject to rapid degradation, which led to downtime and increased service costs 💰. In response to these requirements, the 𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗭-𝟭𝟱𝟳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 sensor was implemented 💪. Thanks to the 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 shield and double-insulated teflon wires, the device effectively withstands contact with aggressive chemicals, high temperatures and water vapor 🧪. Additionally, the design of this sensor enabled precise measurement over a wide temperature range, ensuring high accuracy and reliability 👍. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗭-𝟭𝟱𝟳 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: • the number of downtimes caused by failures of measuring equipment has decreased, and the costs associated with replacing sensors and servicing have been significantly reduced 😀, • the customer has gained stability of production processes and reduced expenses for maintaining the installation in a demanding environment 😀.
