Couldn't ask for a better change of office scenery last week.   I was privileged to attend the H3 London 2024 summit, along with Maxi Rose and Anthony Luftig, in the leafy county of Royal #Berkshire at the impressive Ditton Manor - of course, surrounded by acres of open space, blue skies, and an abundance of food.   Our two keynote speakers Rabbi Naftali Horowitz, Managing Director at JP Morgan, and Gary Torgow, Chairman of the Huntington National Bank, flew directly from the USA to inspire us with stories from the business world.   I cannot stress enough how it important it is to learn how to implement business ethics.   Why? 💠   1️⃣ Conducting appropriate business policies and practices will not only elevate your business forward, but it will also leave an impression on potential clients and investors. 2️⃣ Understanding the intricacies of business ethics will predict potential harms and avoid controversial gaps. 3️⃣ Prevention and evaluation will prove how agile you are in business.   The key takeaway? Being ethical is not just about how I interact with the world; it's about maintaining a standard of integrity in my self-dealings. This means #KeepingPromisesToMyself, #PursuingMyGoalsWithPersistence, and ensuring that #MyActionsAlignWithMyValues. When I’m ethical with myself, I build a foundation of trust and self-confidence that is indispensable for true success. It's about being accountable, not just to others, but to my own commitments and aspirations. This principle guides me toward greater self-respect and, ultimately, greater achievements.
