As you begin to implement new policies and procedures into your business, it’s important to keep them alive. We recommend reviewing in a form of a friendly, fun pop quiz! This ideally wouldn't take more than 5-7 minutes at most, and you can even include a fun prize for the top scorer. Simply create a document that has your policies with a few key words removed and ask your team to fill in the blanks. Keeping the policies alive in this way will remind your administrative team of the rules the caregivers are meant to adhere to, the rules they need to follow, and the value of these parameters in providing quality care to seniors. P.S. Every Tuesday, we send email subscribers two things you can implement in your business to improve operations and revenue by Friday. They got this tip last month. If you want to receive these tips earlier, we'll put the link to subscribe in the comments! #homecare #twosdaytakeaways

📣 ATTENTION: SF People Community 📣 I want to hang out with you next Thursday! I’m bringing together a small group of HR peeps to make new friends, trade helpful tips, and maybe even spill some tea. 😉☕️💅🏼 I’ll be bringing a few special guests with me, including legal expert, Chantelle Cappa Egan, and People leader extraordinaire, Kelli Dragovich, who will share their tips (and a few horror stories) for navigating tricky employment situations. Think: - What to do when an employee files a retaliation complaint following a poor performance review - What to do when medical/mental health issues start to negatively impact performance - What to do when you’re thrown into a tricky situation you have no formal training on (!!) Reasons you should join: - To hang out with some pretty rad People leaders and make new friends - For the opportunity to ask a trained legal expert those tricky Qs you’ve been nervously sitting on - Because you *know* we’re gonna be spilling some pretty smoking tea along the way Event is happening next Thursday, June 13th at 3pm PST at Lattice HQ. Did I mention I’m partnering with the fabulous Lattice team for this event? No? Consider it officially mentioned! 😁 RSVP here: https://hubs.la/Q02zfWG80
