The 5-step process I used to help a CEO hire a VP of QARA within 3 weeks 1) Defined key business objectives over the next 5 years. 2) Discussed the personality profile that would match their culture. 3) Reviewed their budget against the competition. 4) Agreed on deliverables and process to hire. 5) Discussed the 90-day deliverable expectation This allowed us to: -Be clear with candidates on expectations -Match for both skillset and culture fit -Move quicker than the competition -Be efficient and provide a great service to all involved It isn’t rocket science.
