Christmas is a busy and exciting time of the year for everyone; not a time you would necessarily associate with searching for a new job or with companies taking on new employees, but in what is a hugely competitive job market, recruiting over the Christmas period makes a lot of sense – and it could put you ahead of the competition! #recruitingatchristmas #financialrecruitment #hrrecruitment #jobsearch https://lnkd.in/eeTmuqpJ

Finding the right fit for your team goes beyond skills and experience. At Synergy HR we believe a strong work ethic is the fuel that propels passion into results. That’s why we ask every applicant: “In three words, describe your work ethic.” This simple question allows us to see the drive, dedication, and hustle that might not always shine through on a resume. Job Seekers: ✨ Ready to showcase your go-getter spirit? When you apply to a position at Synergy HR, be prepared to share your work ethic mantra! What are your go-to words? Is it “Relentless, Results-Oriented, Resourceful”? Or maybe “Growth-Minded, Collaborative, Adaptable”? We want to hear it all! Employers: Looking for talent who goes the extra mile? Our “Three-Word Work Ethic” approach helps you see beyond the qualifications and discover candidates who truly embody your company culture.

Hello LinkedIn Community, It’s been 7 months since I been rigorously applying to various positions (HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Benefits Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, etc). I am over 600+ application in and, unfortunately, have had no luck. I have followed all the advice from recruiters and resume coaching guides on LinkedIn about tailoring my resume to fit job listings, adding keywords, etc. On a good note, I have received many interviews but then either got rejected or ghosted, or I went into the final round of interviews (5 times, yay!) but still rejected. When I receive rejections, I ask the recruiters for feedback. The answer I usually get is, “You did a very good job with your interview, so there are really no areas of improvement needed. We found a candidate more closely aligned with our job description.” I am often shocked to hear that, especially when I have applied for positions that actually fit my resume and HR system experience, and yet they still reject me. I am sure I am not the only one in this position among job seekers, but it’s tough. I encourage everyone to share their advice and hiring opportunities in the comments below. P.S. I ask recruiters and hiring managers to please consider me when hiring for #humanresourcesgeneralist, #employeerelations, and #peopleandculture roles. :) #opentowork #jobseeker

Receiving candidate reviews like this remind you of how important you and other good recruiters are, and how much of a big impact you can make on other peoples lives! Either providing candidates that extra support to make their dreams come true, or supporting businesses by removing the strain and stresses of finding those team members they only wish they knew existed. We go that extra mile to make it happen. 🎯 Thought of the day for #recruiters: Every candidate applying for a job is not just looking for employment; they are investing in a dream, a life project. This journey deserves attention and respect. Providing #feedback, even if #negative, is a mark of professionalism and respect for the effort put in. Let’s not make the waiting period more #painful than the response itself. Together, let’s make the #recruitment process more human. 🙏 A simple reply can make a big difference. #HR #HiringNow #EmploymentOpportunity #JobOpportunity #JobHunt #WorkFromHome #NowHiring #RemoteJobs #JobVacancy #RemoteWork #JobSearch #JobSeeker #JoinOurTeam #CareerGoals #JobFair #JobOpening
