WHO KNOWS YOU? Dan Lok is someone I look up to when it comes to high ticket selling and running a business in general. When we started doing it around 8 years back, his content was one I consumed most of the time if not daily. I even bought 2 of his books! Fast forward to 2024 and he is still challenging my thinking! I always see content as a booster and have this philosophy that you must always reach out to your ideal clients or it's hard to get clients! The other day, I bumped into his recent videos and he said the quotation below: "It's not what you know and it's not even who you know. It's WHO knows you" And it hits me hard! Most thought leaders and experts are all over the internet. Their content is dominating every platform possible and that's how they scale their business. It's easy for their clients and buyers to find them. I even realized that even Jesus just put himself out there and started doing his ministry and little did you know, a multitude of crowd is following him. Wow! That's the power of being visible! Now, it's up to us if we will just be our industry's kept secret or not. 14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.
