#theimpossibleguysandgirlsonlinkedin Customer service is everything and can be light and day between Lenders . I wanted to give special mention to Market Financial Solutions and Sumit Sapra CeMAP and MBA along with team for issuing more that 15 million in offers for a portfolio client across multiple properties all at once , working with myself and client and coming up with a bespoke deal that on one section will save client 17k a month. Not only that but the speed in which we did it and out the box thinking. When you work with lenders like MFS ,Together - loans, mortgages & finance Castle Trust Bank impossible can be possible . Yesterday I packaged and submitted a case on MBV for a large residential, the lovely Lauren was on phone within 2 hours - final checks in que for security call Andy Neo - could not be more polite and helpful , why wait for 3 months of underwriter's pretending to be specialist when it can be done in less than 2 hours, It doesn't need to be this hard . A lot of our clients are not adverse they just want it done no messing around and speed . The 3 lenders that I have mentioned are just a small selection we use ( should also mention West One otherwise they will get upset , along with super service from build a loan on my Skandihus development project ) But if you are going to talk a big game make sure you have the team to back it up. I said when I started out of covid from scratch to the network my business plan is I will be no1 in network, everything all at once and my mantra is #missionno1 - that was day 1 and have said this ever since I am coming - believe me now when I say I am coming ! Will I succeed? who knows but at least I can say I went swinging. Noting the announcement from CBA today that 'it would partner with real estate software provider MRI Software, which processes about $2 billion worth of rent a month through its platform', will we see a propensity model created that could inform Credit decisions for Home Loan applications?? For a while now I've been waiting for someone to leverage the regular rental payments of consumers to 'assist' (special emphasis on assist!) in the decisioning process. Whilst various Australian Governments set ambitious Housing targets over the coming years, the need\opportunity to shift a higher percentage of consumers from Renters to Home Owners will need to be supported by more than the existing Credit scoring models and other traditional inputs. The data is there, who will harness it in a way that doesn't exponentially increase the risk of these loans???

Here at Stellar, we’ve always approached the growth of our client’s banks and credit unions with a two-pronged approach — acquisition of new account holders and retention of existing accounts. The latter is something often overlooked. That brings me to our current new product launch targeting the retention of indirect auto loan customers and members. The industry has tried to address the issue without success. Today, there is a solution. Our solution takes what used to be at best a 5% retention rate of these account holders after the loan is paid-off to what we see today of potentially somewhere between 30% and 35%. We first beta-tested our approach back in late 2023 with success rates that exceeded even our expectations. Clients that went live on the program as we launched earlier this year have even exceeded the results we saw in our beta testing. We’ve expanded the target group to include direct auto loans, mortgages, and recreational vehicles. The chart below shows how results have developed over the past seven months.
