It's uncanny when listening to high quality clinicians how often they come back to the basics in objective assessment when using technology. With force plates, it's nearly always good body weight measurement, quiet standing before start of movement and consistent cueing. It's no different with isometric testing, so before diving into testing with athletes and patients check out the differences between a good force trace and a poor one.
