This morning, Michelle Abbott LL.B TEP and I had the pleasure of speaking at The Myriad Centre, a charity supported by Worcester HCR Law. Our session on Powers of Attorney, Deputyships, and Mental Capacity was well-received, with a packed audience (we even ran out of chairs!) We were able to address many parents' concerns about their adult children's future and the importance of Wills and Vulnerable Beneficiary Trusts.
