According to a recent career research from PWC. Around one in four UK workers are planning to switch roles this year. Job satisfaction, work life balance and opportunities for progession are becoming more important for workers. However, 35% of workers site salary and company benefits as the main reason to look for a new role. And interestingly within the tech sector, 47% of workers have expressed a desire to find a new role which offers greater finanacial reward.
