Andy Papathanassiou of Over The Wall: Think Like An Athlete (www.otwthinking.com) reinforced our cultural framework and business philosophies by highlighting the parallels to successful pit crews, including preparation, communication, and, above all, execution. Remaining adaptable proved paramount as we operate in discomfort, not convenience. Atticus competed as 8 teams, changing tires under the pressure of a stopwatch to solidify the principles further.
