How Jalen Brunson Goes From Handling Pressure From Defenders to Putting Fear In His Defender Quickly - A Skill That EVERY Guard NEEDS. Brunson is one of the best in the league at switching from handling pressure to creating pressure. Teaching point for players watching: You must be able to use Core 3 changes to absorb pressure, break it, and then create it. If you play at one speed, level, and direction, you are easy to guard. Fast isn't always fast, and slow isn't always slow. Core 3 Changes: 1. Speed 2. Levels 3. Direction Here's a link to the full Brunson breakdown, which shows how JB creates fear in defenders using skips and elite-level footwork 👇 https://lnkd.in/eG8Gi2Nm

In this clip, we stress the importance of avoiding hunching, bending, or leaning to get a better angle. If you catch yourself doing this, it’s a clear sign to adjust your position instead. 💡 We also break down a hand check play transitioning from the trail to the lead’s primary on a potential blow-by. 🚦 Reminder: Suspend hand-checking rules when the offensive player beats the defender past their torso—unless the contact is illegal and impedes their progress or creates a disadvantage. Players who gets the ball is attacker and he scores in one of two goals. Immediately after shot he becomes defender and other player is attacker. We did here 90 degrees (not in video) COD and 180 degrees (in video) COD. In this case we did it as a preparation for intensive positioning drills and SSG.

Are you struggling to find your shooting rhythm on the court? Let’s fix that! I wanted to break down shooting with my series "Proper Mechanics," focusing on the key details of a proper shooting form. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart for balance. Your shooting hand should be under the ball, with your guide hand to the side. Focus on your elbow being aligned with the basket, and follow through with your wrist like you're reaching into a cookie jar. Shooting correctly not only improves your accuracy, but it also builds confidence. Incorrect form can lead to inconsistent shots, making it harder to score when it counts. Let’s elevate your game one shot at a time! #MrBasicTraining #TheBasketballFactoryInc
