The easiest way to tell if someone is just selling paid links is if they make it sound easy. * if you can just pick any site * any anchor text you feel like * even send in your copy And they can promise it'll be quickly uploaded and published no questions asked within 7 days. It's a paid link. Think about it - even if you were the best PR agency in the world, how would you get a webmaster to totally give up their ownership of their site to that extent that anything you liked no matter how promotional just went up without a fee?
