In the Recruitment industry, fees can often be a barrier to securing the right talent. A recent discussion with a new client highlighted the costly impact of high agency fees, with one particular case involving a £16,000 recruitment fee from a National agency that didn't pan out post-rebate, turning into a costly mistake. At K.A.G., we prioritise transparency and affordability in our fee structure—15% for Exclusive Recruitment projects and 17.5% for non, complete with a sliding scale rebate period up to 12 weeks. In times of tight budgets and high redundancies, it's crucial to question the value delivered by agencies charging above 20%. Choose K.A.G. for clear, fair pricing and dedicated service in your Recruitment process. Reach out to learn how our transparent fee structure can simplify your hiring process, reduce costs and save you time to focus on your business. #Recruitment #TransparentFees #KAGRecruitment #HiringSolutions #ValueInRecruitment

It would likely surprise you to learn how many procurement professionals do a terrible job of negotiating their own comp packages. Our advice: keep it simple! 1. Ensure you come in with a competitive, but well-researched number, grounded in both reality and data. 2. Base salary is important but also consider the total value of the package. This is especially important given the myriad ways that companies approach this topic internally. 3. Consider the other aspects of the package and the various levers that they provide – benefits, stability, flexibility, career mobility. You may have to dig a bit deeper but their value can be significant and it’s your responsibility to draw those conversations out in the interview process. 4. And remember that, like any deal, you have by far the most leverage before you sign an employment agreement. #Procurement #SupplyChain #SalaryNegotiations #ProcurementLeaders
