I've seen the dumbest things lately - mostly around NDIS-broken-promises. if you're an NDIS provider you can't afford to break promises. If your websites is your contact people within 24 hours, then do it. Don't let people down. It makes you look like everyone else. If you really want to stand out do make promises… And then do keep them… Did you know that real promises build real trust? Saying "We’ll get back to you quickly" and then doing it shows NDIS families they can count on you. Reliability matters. Small promises make a big impact. #NDIS #TrustMatters #WebsiteTips

We have a very strong “why”. It’s to make what we do as simple as possible for participants and their teams. why can’t the National Disability Insurance Agency have the same dedication to valued providers? Bill Shorten when will we have a new Support Catalogue so we can effectively budget for wages increased, business expenses and ensure our clients continue to get exceptional service? #DisabilityIntermediaries are the custodians of all things related to the Support Catalogue. You can be guaranteed on day one most providers will raise their prices, yet we still have no clarity on what those prices will be. It’s disrespectful to our industry. Our systems cannot be updated, nor can we effectively engage our participants around the value of choice and control over prices for support.
