Globally, more voters than ever in history will head to the polls as at least 64 countries (plus the European Union)—representing a combined population of about 49% of the people in the world—are meant to hold national elections, the results of which, for many, will prove consequential for years to come. Want an example of looking at a glass one quarter full?? Check this video out. And pundits, since three years ago, here at LinkedIn, on TV, and elsewhere in the internet. Were forcing everybody to enter their echo chamber - saying economic and monetary policymakers are, and have been, making a mistake. Without providing info - as to what is a mistake and why it is a mistake. And now, some other commentators are casting a nonsensical caricature photo of the revered Janet Yellen, a former Fed Chairman in the dark days of the 2007 financial crisis, now U.S. Treasury Secretary working through the pandemic, pulling a slot machine lever in a phony casino, wearing an incongruous, in-bad-taste senior lady's blouse. The reason the glass is three-quarters empty is because of the prospect that the loser presidential reelectionist loser, being seriously considered (again!!), by nearly half of voters, who appear, sadly, to be sleepwalking through this campaign period to the next elections, as the one (again!!!!????) to oppose and run against current President Joe Biden. Never mind that clearly media is now, most likely has been, in some kind of survival mode. And must recycle and create nuances of this evolving farce and mockery of basic decency. Ad nauseam et ad infinitum. Messy (again!!!??)
