Striking a balance between hardware costs and labor expenditure is crucial for the project's overall success. In handling vision systems, understanding spatial requirements and resolution demands is essential. Evaluating the size of the scanning area and detail needed for accurate object identification is key. Similarly, in robotics applications, factors like object weight and variability must be considered. Solutions must be able to adapt to a range of product weights across different SKUs effectively. Moreover, the reach of the robotic cell is a fundamental consideration. While some limitations can be mitigated through external axis integration or payload adjustments, practical constraints must be addressed. The Robot Tending Machine will streamline the loading and unloading process, reducing manual labour and minimizing the risk of errors.
