Project Kesher Ukraine’s Women’s Opportunity Fund is thrilled to announce the winners of the final mini-grant competition of 2024, part of the organization’s Jewish Federations of North America-supported grant-making arm. These grants provide vital funding to help women entrepreneurs in Ukraine grow and sustain a wide range of businesses. This round of winners hailed from the Kyiv region and included owners of clothing brands, rehabilitation and development centers, cosmetic companies, a fitness studio, a confectionary workshop and more. “Entrepreneurship is both a challenge and an opportunity to create,” said Vlada Nedak, founder and CEO of the Women’s Opportunity Fund. “We are proud to support these women as they turn their dreams into reality. May 2025 be a transformative year for their businesses and communities.” Since its inception, the Women’s Opportunity Fund has supported more than 150 women entrepreneurs across Ukraine, providing a financial lifeline for families, communities and the country as a whole.
