Building a social media lifestyle that supports you mentally and financially starts with small, sustainable steps. 🍒Here’s how to do it: 1. Curate a Positive Feed: Unfollow accounts that drain, trigger, or negatively impact your mental health. Instead, follow accounts that inspire, uplift, and align with your health and wellness philosophy. This creates a positive environment that reflects your brand’s ethos. 2. Engage with Your Audience: Build meaningful relationships by engaging with your followers. Respond to comments, ask questions, and create interactive posts. Genuine engagement fosters community and can increase loyalty to your brand. 3. Set Healthy Boundaries: Limit your screen time and establish clear guidelines for social media usage. Schedule specific times for posting and engaging to prevent burnout and maintain a healthy work-life balance. 4. Analyze and Adapt: Regularly review your social media analytics to understand what content resonates with your audience. Use these insights to refine your strategy, focusing on what works best to grow your following and increase engagement. 5. Prioritize Self-Care: Ensure you take regular breaks from social media to recharge and maintain your mental health. Engage in activities that promote well-being, such as exercise, meditation, and spending time with loved ones, to keep yourself balanced and energized. → Comment below which step resonated the most with you!

Emotional wellness is key to living a fulfilling life. Unfortunately, none of us can avoid stress, anxiety, self-doubt, restlessness, frustration, and unhappiness. What we can do is learn to manage these emotions in a way that supports our overall well-being. More and more, organizations are recognizing the impact of emotional health on job satisfaction and productivity. As a result, 53% of U.S. companies now offer wellness programs, ranging from mental health days to employee assistance services and more. But wellness programs alone aren’t always enough, and that’s where building mental fitness comes in. The PQ® Program for mental fitness helps you improve well-being and performance simultaneously — it’s designed to rewire the brain at the root level rather than treat symptoms. #EmotionalWellnessMonth #MentalHealth #EmployeeWellness #PositiveIntelligence #MentalFitness

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: We all know the struggle. Climbing that corporate ladder in can feel like balancing a tray of puff-puffs on your head while dodging okadas in traffic, and it's even harder when we're "too nice." We take on everything, then wonder why we're drowning in work and if Aunt Flo decides to pay a surprise visit (you feel me?) issolova! Here's the truth: being everyone's "office aunty/office wife" is NOT a compliment. It's a recipe for burnout. It's okay to say "no." Your mental health matters. Picture this: Can your brain handle another all-nighter fueled by Suya and stale coffee? Is it cool if your boss's call sends shivers down your spine?(not the Bridgerton kind o) Do you secretly fantasize about flinging your phone at the wall each time you hear that Teams or Slack notification? Girl, set those boundaries! You're a phenomenal woman, not Wonder Woman. You deserve balance. Listen to your body, queen. It'll tell you when you're reaching your limit. Remember, a happy and healthy you, is the best version of you, at work and at home. Now go forth and conquer, but on YOUR terms! 😉 #wellnesswednesday #wcw #productmanagement #nogreeforanybody #pmwomenshub

How to shift your mood in 30 seconds 🦋 Here's a simple way to transform your mood and give you the positive mindset you've always wanted. Every night, before you go to bed, just write down the most memorable moment that happened that day. It might be a moment of connection, a moment of insight, or a moment where something or someone made you smile. By journalling this way, you focus your brain and attention on what's going well for you. This practice helps overcome your brain's natural negativity bias. A nightly journalling practice can be particularly helpful at a busy time of the year like this. At the moment, you might be focussing on how busy life is, rather than special moments you want to remember. Try this practice for a few nights in a row and see your mood make a subtle positive shift. Let me know how you go! Do you use journalling to improve your well-being? I'm super excited about my new interactive wellbeing journal (about to released!) If you are someone who struggles to change your habits, this journal will change your life. (If you are on my email list, you will get VIP early access.) Head to my website to sign up 🦋 Take care, Soph x #LinkedInTopVoice #workplacewellbeing LinkedIn News Australia Brendan Wong #TopVideos
