Back to School huh : (1) I attended a Property Training on 16 November 2024 at IQI Realty Sdn Bhd Office at Putrajaya. (2) Not attending any training programs for the sake of attending. (3) There must be a training need for any training programs. (4) Face to face ( offline) training is still the best training ever, no matter what's your argument is. Full of interactions. (5) No such thing as a free lunch. You have to pay for some of the training programs. (6) Not just merely stockpiling your attendance lists for your job interview purposes. Sounds familiar? (7) Beware, not to let some unscrupulous Training Consultants to deprive your rights by furnishing : Fake training Unathorized training certificates by the Boards be it MBOT, DOSH, DOE, etc. Fake or expired licenses of the Consultants Exorbitant fees. Sample : 1 Consultant have charged RM 8000 per person for a half day training on getting Petronas License for Contractors, Vendors. But if you apply it yourself with Petronas Procurement Officers, the fees is merely RM 800. (9) Ideally, any training should include practical elements for fulfilling job requirements. (10) I've got 2 training programs to offer for you who still have gaps: Networking skills English fluency

CCMTTTPSVE - I kept this as my PC password during the 1st month of joining Suryan FM as a Management Trainee. You know why? During the initial days, I found it difficult to remember the 10 stations of Suryan FM. I wasn't able to remember them at my fingertips. By keeping it as my PC password, it was indeed at my fingertips when I typed daily to unlock the PC 😂 So, to remember the stations' names, I gave 2 seconds of attention to them daily. During my 12th grade, my tutor taught me this 2-minute technique. When you give 2 minutes of attention daily, YOU will master the subject after days. PS: I remember it as double C, M, triple T, and PSVE. C-Chennai | 93.5 C-Coimbatore | 93.5 M-Madurai | 93.5 T-Trichy | 93.5 T-Tirunelveli | 93.5 T-Tuticorin | 93.5 P-Pondicherry | 93.5 S-Salem | 93.9 V-Vellore | 93.9 E-Erode | 91.9 CCMTTTPSVE-Now again, the reason to keep the order this way was to make it easy to remember and separate the stations frequency-wise. Suryan FM is present in 10 cities and available on 3 frequencies. . . . PS: Daily doses, lasting knowledge

From a Graduate Trainee becomes a Project Engineer. How a fresh graduate becomes a project engineer? Success and passion in a career are a fresh graduate's ultimate goals, and most of them are looking for opportunities that well align their passion with the organizational structure. Let me introduce to you an ideal person, Ms. Phonethip Trichanh, a project engineer at Lao Brewery Company, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Laos and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Institute Technology Bandung, Indonesia. Apparently, her career and her passion are well aligned. Ms. Phonethip Trichanh started joining LBC in 2019 as a trainee in the Graduate Trainee Program. Certainly, success is sweet, but the road to success was not a bed of roses. However, her relentless pursuit of success prevails. Throughout the program, she was assigned to comprehend many disciplines in order to be an effective leader in her profession, including understanding a detail-oriented brewery packaging process, rotating through different departments to identify her specialty, supervising the project from the initial stage to the project handover, and improving her communication skills by being assigned to collaborate with domestic and international vendors. For a young graduate with zero experience, these tasks were a huge responsibility and a big challenge to conquer. Luckily, she consistently had support from her supervisor and team to help her complete the tasks. “What I've learned and experienced through the program is the result of my success in today, I strongly recommend the Graduate Trainee Program to all fresh graduates as a golden opportunity to begin their career pathway. There are no drawbacks to this opportunity, as it will undoubtedly provide valuable experience that will be beneficial in the future. Persistence is the key to success" Ms. Phonethip said. The Graduate Trainee Program is like a road to the professional growth pathway at LBC, a leading brewery company in Lao PDR. The program strives to develop effective young leaders in future that comply with LBC's commitment because LBC believes that people are the backbone of company success. #SomethingsBrewing #LocalAmbitionGlobalReach #PeopleofCarlsberg #CarlsbergAsia #CarlsbergAsiaGraduateTraineeProgram

A little experience in training. How to get new engineers quickly adapted to the job? What are suitable topics to be mentioned in training for fresh engineers, junior engineers, or senior engineers? How can I visually demonstrate my idea to the trainee? How do I check the efficiency of the training? And how can the training program be automatically carried out with minimum supervision? I constantly keep these questions in mind when standardizing and building up a training program from zero, with the scenario that one day I will not pay much attention to training new engineers and they can handle more crucial tasks while I can take on greater responsibilities. The image below depicts different approachs to deal with the “very new” project transferred recently. Some simple words, but a ton of tasks upcoming.

Hiring Process Discrepancies : (1) Bear in mind that most of the highly experienced Staff in any Organisations started their careers as Fresh Graduates with zero working experiences. (2) In the old days there were no programs such as Protégé. Most of Malaysian students who studied in America didn't even enrol in any of Internship Programs - not parts of the syllabus. (3) Those who have certain years of genuine, relevant working experiences may demand higher salaries as their rights, comensurating as they deserve. But the Hiring Managers or HRM Officers try to deprive that. (4) For Oil & Gas Big Corporations, English fluency is very vital in securing a job. For instance in Petronas, all documents and correspondences are in English. The English requirements ain't stringent if you're applying for Government jobs.

Fresh graduates today face a significant challenge in the job market: the demand for experience. This paradox—needing experience to get a job, but needing a job to gain experience—leaves many talented individuals stuck in a frustrating cycle. Despite their academic achievements and enthusiasm, fresh graduates often struggle to secure employment because they lack the practical experience employers require. This situation not only hinders their professional growth but also deprives industries of fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. We plead with employers to consider offering training and entry-level positions to fresh graduates. By investing in their potential, companies can develop a skilled and loyal workforce. Providing on-the-job training and mentorship can bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, benefiting both the graduates and the employers. Let’s break the cycle. Give fresh graduates the chance to prove themselves and contribute meaningfully to the workforce. Together, we can build a stronger, more dynamic economy. NB:// I am an unemployed Mechanical Engineering graduate eager to start my career. Although I lack experience, I am ready to work hard and meet any requirements given the chance. Thank you for your consideration. Please contact me for further information. asadussunnah123@gmail.com 233592236332 233550040232
